NEPHROLOGIST: Dr George Chin
MB BS (WA) FRACP
Dr George Chin is a local graduate from UWA. He undertook Nephrology training locally and spent 18 months in Plymouth UK in 2005-2006. He has been working as a consultant nephrologist since 2007.
Dr Chin consults in Palmyra and visits Busselton with a monthly schedule. He provides inpatient service at SJOG Hospital Murdoch and holds public appointments at Fiona Stanley Hospital. He is also a clinical tutor to medical students from Notre Dame University and UWA.
He covers all aspects in adult nephrology with interests in hypertension, chronic kidney disease, vasculitis and rare diseases like amyloidosis.
